Our Presenter, Audrey Hart, brings over 17 years experience in HR and Sales leadership roles. She has earned an “HR Strategic Partner” designation, among other awards during her 6 years with FedEx. Prior to joining FedEx, Ms. Hart worked for 15 years with United Parcel Service in various Business Development and Operations Management positions. While at UPS, Ms. Hart lead a team of employees to win a national “Keep Our Reputation Excellent” award for process improvement at what was then the only 24/7 customer phone center for UPS. Ms. Hart has managed employee teams of up to 350. |
